We enjoyed meeting Izzy and MJ at the NIRVC Music City RV Expo. I saw them both out at 7am each morning walking the display area and shooting videos. They do work hard and are both very nice. After Angie of course….Tom and Stacey, Mark and Sue, Izzy and MJ are our favorite RV you-tubers.

I just caught your channel I'm from Grapevine Tx but live in Florida out side of Orlando but my heart is always Texas. I used to drive a 18 wheeler with my husband I got to visit most of the lower part of USA. I excited for you both and envy as I loved the being on the road God bless you both and be safe

Absolutely love what you’ve done there! I’m also considering this as a lifestyle, so I’m looking into a brand new place on the opposite coast in Punta Gorda, FL called Palm Breeze Resort. I was told that due to Florida statutes, one can only live on that type of property for a maximum of 180 days out of the year, and rented out for the remainder if I so choose to. So how are you able to live on yours year round?

Next time you guys are in the New Iberia area you should check out Jefferson Island Gardens and Lake Peingeur.

Nice. No other generation is gonna be able to afford this I'm afraid. Boomers had good timing. Young Millenial and I can barely afford housing on above average job. Gen z is even more screwed than we are.

Wow! Amazing event. We are up at Hearthside for July so good to know about the Newmar event there in the middle of July.

Great summary of what looked like an excellent educational and fun event. We watched the event closely as we are 2-3 years out from upgrading from our current coach to a new one for retirement. That event looks like a great value to see coaches from several manufacturers that we are interested in and the ability to test drive is very exciting.

You should have stopped off at Stuhr Museum in Grand Island, NE on your way to Kearney. It's a great historically recreated town from the Old West, complete with a working steam locomotive.

I wish the highway was closer and the spaces narrower like at most KOAs

Tom & Stacy it was our pleasure to be able to share our time together. Even though the event center around the opportunity for people to see, test drive and or purchase a 2025 class A,B or C from different manufacturers it also allowed for some great times to see old friends and meet new ones. It allowed current owners to have conversations with people who were ready to pull the trigger on their new Coach and want to understand real life experiences with a particular model. Watching that moment they knew which one they wanted to buy was exciting for them and who they shared it with. A big thank you to both of you please say hello to Grammy K, a big shout out to Mark and Sue from OurjourneyinMyles, Scott and Lisa (Adventure Genie) and Cassy and Nicole from Newmar. All your friendships are a blessing to us. NIRVC has just changed the way people will want to buy their next RV. Our hats are off to all the staff from NIRVC and the manufacturer who made this event a success and so much fun.. Congratulations to Jeff Sather from Freightliner on his retirement Thanks for all your help over the years. Safe travels to all hope to see everyone soon..

On my way Back From South Padre Island Last Year We Asked the Gate At The State Park if We Could Pay a Fee And Drive Through and See The Park We Still had Another 400 miles to Go That Day But Wanted To See it As We Had Heard So Much about It ...THEY SAID " NO " ...Make a Reservation !....F'em I Am Not Going Back !

It was a good video, but I have a 2005 MH on Freightliner chassis with a Caterpillar engine that I just purchased - my first one. The 24/7 app seems to be made for those with fairly new chassis. I was not able to add my rig as it is too old.

Great Job! I live 3.5 hours away in Colorado and love Steamboat. What you missed is tubing on the Yampas (get the tubes right in town), Hot Springs downtown! Fun for kids but there’s adult only reduced rate in the evenings. The gondola is worth it! The view is spectacular and there’s a nice hiking trail that’s easy for all ages and not too long. (I bring my lunch) You can rent bikes.

Is the property like a condo where you kind of own your lot but you have to pay a monthly fee all the time how much is the property taxes per year or you don't pay property taxes you pay a fee doesn't seem like you could own an RV lot without complications
